Fall Theatre Arts Field Trip Chaperone
Chaperones remain with an assigned group of students and sit with them during the performance. Chaperones oversee their group of students’ behavior and should instruct students as necessary.

Voices of Now Parent Sponsor
Provide parents with copies of cast roster, including student names, parent names, emails and phone numbers. Organizes parent snack drop off for rehearsals. Remind students/parents of assigned dates and times for rehearsals and performance. Organizes parent carpool volunteers for rehearsals to and back from Arena Stage. Remember: You don't have to manage all this on your own. Delegate to other families in the cast if you need to.

MayFest Playfest Parent Sponsor
serves as a parent liaison at the theatre sports competitions. Reminds players/parents of assigned time and location for competition. Organizes and oversees team at the competition. Ensures all players have a ride home

EOY Ceremony Coordinator
Works with the Thespan Board of Student Officers to organize and coordinate the Thoreau Theatre End of the Year Ceremony. Remember: You don't have to manage all this on your own. Delegate to other families in the department if you need to.

Organizes and oversees the End of the Year Ceremony Potluck signup and setup
